I called and informed him of the specific vehicle I was interested in and what time I’d be arriving at the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for a test drive. He took his time explaining the features. He asked what were my thoughts and where I was in the process. I didn’t feel any pressure and he didn’t put on the ole heavy sales pitch, but he was available to answer any questions I had. A couple days later and I’m the owner of a new X6. Paul provided a very pleasant buying experience. I can’t leave out Susan Ward, BMW Genius, who really is a genius!! She thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles, making sure I was able to operate the basics and much more before rolling off the lot. Emily is amazing, there was no pressure what so ever, which I love. She is knowledgeable and very professional. At one point we told her we were going to look at a couple of other places we were interest which I love. She is knowledgeable and very professional. From the time I entered the dealership I was treated exceptionally well, when I explained what I wanted they lined it up for me, and then had it ready for me to drive upon arrival. This was my second BMW that I purchased from Dean & The BMW Store and the experience was just as good as the first time. Dean is so easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions throughout the process. We custom built our X7 and Dean ensured all items on our build were exactly what we wanted. It was only a 3 week turnaround from the day the order went in to the day unlocked it up. I’ll be back next year for my 3rd BMW from Dean and the BMW Store. More
