Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

Picked up our Subaru Outback Wilderness this week. My sales representative was Anthony Pilla. From the minute my Wife and I sat down with Anthony , we felt immediately at ease . From our initial discussions with regard to the vehicle and its features ,to selecting colors and options , working through the pricing and our trade in , all the way through to delivery was a very pleasant experience. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable of the product, able to answer and clarify all of our questions and was able to quickly match the vehicle options specifications to our needs and priorities and ultimately getting us the exact vehicle that we wanted in line with our budget . No pressure , confusion ,etc. Anthony made certain that we understood all of the costs associated with our car/purchase . Complete transparency. Lastly , Anthony is a gentlemen, a knowledgable professional , polite and courteous. He delivered our car in show car detailed condition and provided us with a complete and detailed walk through of the operation of the vehicle . We also had a pleasant experience with Rich in Finance. Rich was clear, conscience and thorough in finalizing the financial/contract paperwork. Rich presented many additional service and maintenance options without any sales pressure . We did purchase one option during our meeting with Rich as it made total sense for us by virtue of the type of car/vehicle owners we are. Again , no pressure , just professional presentation and provided insights enabling us to make a sensible decision. Rich is a true professional and gentleman. More
