Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

Outstanding experience from start to finish, and everything we expected as repeat customers. We needed to move up to an Ascent from my older Crosstrek and knew exactly where to go. As soon as we showed up it was like we never left the dealership from the last time. Anthony is one of the best dealers to work with. He is fantastic and goes above for his customers. He was great not just with us, but also remembering our daughters and meeting our new son. We have purchased every Subaru we own from him, and each time we are reminded why he is so awesome. Rich will make the signing process easier than you could ever imagine. He is patient and walks you through everything before you sign anything. Patrick helped with the appraisal of our trade-in, and gave us peace of mind as we traded in our older Crosstrek. Nelson is also top notch. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our Ascent. Not to mention the awesome donuts that he shared with my wife and I. Sure there are other Subaru dealerships, but none make you feel as comfortable as Brewster Subaru. We will forever be a Subaru family because of them! Thank you again for helping us as our family grew from four to five! More
