I served in the US Army from 1980 to 1984 and two more years in the Army Reserve. I attended St. Louis Community College and earned an Associates Degree, sold cars for Metro Chrysler Centre from 1994 to 2007 and then Glendale Chrysler Jeep and Dodge from 2007 to 2010. Made the big switch to General Motors in May of 2010 when I accepted a sales position here at Sapaugh GM Country. My interests include my grandchildren, Scanner Enthusiast, dogs and I am an Amateur Radio Operator holding an Advanced Class License - My call sign is KG0ZM. I am also a member of the Masonic Fraternity.

This is the second car we have purchased from Sapaugh. Rich Konold was our salesman with both purchases. Rich has a talent in determining a customers vehicle needs. Several years we have been wanting a Rich Konold was our salesman with both purchases. Rich has a talent in determining a customers vehicle needs. Several years we have been wanting an Escalade and Rich was aware of this. Since the availability of the 2021 Escalade is slim, we were working with Rich to obtain a 2020 model. Rich mentioned that the ride and size of the 2021 was worth a lot over the 2020. As an example Rich convinced us to take a test drive in the Yukon Denali and we loved it. Since the Escalade was not available, we purchased the Yukon and will come back in a couple of years to take another look at the new Escalade. Thank you Rich for guiding us through a plan that works good for us as well as the Dealership. More

I shopped for new car at 40 or more dealers after a non insured motorist destroyed my wife's Jeep. Mike Daugherty, golf maniac and #1 salesman on the PLANET at SAPAUGH turned our extreme frustration into e insured motorist destroyed my wife's Jeep. Mike Daugherty, golf maniac and #1 salesman on the PLANET at SAPAUGH turned our extreme frustration into extreme joy when we took a drive in a pristine SLIGHTLY used Jeep Rubicon they either found thru sheer luck or somebody knows somebody ! ..What a find !!! ..5 yrs old 9000 miles and never driven in the rain or snow ARE YOU #*!#* KIDDING ME ....After looking at over 250 jeeps over 4 weeks the search was over....My still sore from the accident wife and I can't thank Sapaugh or Mike enough for making a deal and turning our luck around !! I will buy another vehicle at Sapaugh and hopefully my friends and family will as well. Dave Fisher did an excellent job finding us our 2012 LaCrosse. He went above and beyond to make everything right. Our only disappointment was with the vendor who did the touch up body work on the vehicl LaCrosse. He went above and beyond to make everything right. Our only disappointment was with the vendor who did the touch up body work on the vehicle, after two tries he still managed to mismatch the paint color. It is slightly darker from the rest of the car and are hoping with time the paint will fade to match the rest. This is in no way Dave's fault he did everything in his power to make it right. Other than this we are extremely pleased with our purchase. More
