This was our 5th time working with him and Wind Gap Chevy over these last 9 or so years. Steve is always there when you need him. Even on his days off, he responds to your emails to help with whatever you need. Rich also made some miracles happen for us this time around. They also didn't fuss about our two young sons walking and sometimes running around the showroom while we filled paperwork out.
