Employees at South Bay Hyundai were helpful and straight forward both on the phone and in person. I was able to take care of some details ahead of time on the phone, and once my plans were clarified the pro forward both on the phone and in person. When I did come in in person, lease options and changes to my contract were dealt with quickly and professionally. Aidan was focused on me and my transaction and made me feel welcome. Once again, "painless" is a word that comes to mind, thank you. Unfortunately the dealership was under construction so the space was a little cramped but I'm sure the remodel will be nice and I am not taking the building's condition into account. More
