We scoured the internet look Our Sienna buying experience was full of kissing lots of frogs (other dealerships) to find our prince (Hartford Toyota)! We scoured the internet looking for a used Sienna and our interactions with dealerships was riddled with overaggressive dealers who were not really listening to what we wanted, dealerships that just did not call back (even after I said I was ready to buy and what I wanted.... does it get easier than that?!) and vehicles that were not what was advertised. Hartford Toyota really listened to our needs/wants and were able to meet them with a 2017 (YAY me!!) for just a little bit more than the used Siennas we were looking at, but with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain. The experience there was was a seamless team approach. We appreciated their working together to find us the best possible vehicle for our family at the best possible price. They all communicated well together to know at any given moment where we stood in our van buying process. We highly recommend Hartford Toyota for your car buying and servicing needs (my husband has his 2006 Toyota 4-Runner serviced there at 200k+ miles!) More
