Al Torres was the primary salesman whom we worked with when we decided to buy and can't say enough great things about him. His personality, knowledge and that he was never in a rush made the transaction very smooth. He should be commended for his outstanding work Far too often great employees are taken for granted and overlooked. I would Highly recommend him to any one who asks for a person to speak with at your dealership. Noel in the finance department, very knowledgeable and made applying for a loan so much easier than a bank. Kyle in the internet division was very informative and always followed up to make sure we had an appointment at the time we wanted Ben insured that the whole process of the sale went smoothly and was a pleasure to meet and also to work with. I first was contacted by Mark Waters, he in turn had me speak to Richard Miranda, I can say it was the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had, no gimmicks, no fast talk, just a plain courteous and a very respectful way to be involved in the purchase of our new vehicle. Once we signed to purchase the vehicle we then spoke with Noel Tavarez about our finances again very courteous and pleasant person to deal with. Richie Miranda is a highly respected member of the sales team, and he provided my wife and I an honest and fair experience. We were able to quickly agree on the right number. Dennis Freeman was very flexible in structuring the terms that satisfied everyone. We finished with Noel Tavarez in the finance department, he was very personable and answered all of our questions. We later discovered an issue with the steering system, the service team identified the manufacturer's defect; ordered the new part; and corrected the issue. Dede was able to explain the entire repair process very well. The Sahara is an excellent looking vehicle and we continue to receive compliments. Overall very satisfied with every level of Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
