You erroneously entered my name into the system for the car that I did not buy. Now I am receiving emails text messages, Carfax notifications for the car that I do not owe when I brought my car to be fixed car that I did not buy. The customer service representative suggested to do me work that should’ve not been done in charge me for the things that I didn’t have to be doing.
