They have changed for the worse My family has a long history of purchasing new and used vehicles from this dealer. I have owned two vehicles from this dealer and brought them busines My family has a long history of purchasing new and used vehicles from this dealer. I have owned two vehicles from this dealer and brought them business for my third. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this how this dealership is run now. Both of the cars I was interested in were listed online before they had been serviced and detailed and were in Don Ayers own "sell-able condition." I expressed strong interest in one car, and Darrin Bickel, a very nice and understanding experienced salesman, was going to call me when it was ready to test drive. Darrin is the only salesman from this dealership that I have dealt with that has called me back when he said he would and genuinely tried to help me get what I wanted so this review in no way represents his service to me. This review is for his superiors and all of the other salesman I had the displeasure of attempting to work with. I do not remember who all they were which is why I selected all of them and only gave a recommendation to Darrin. Darrin called me and told me another salesman sold the car I was interested in shortly after my visit to the dealership. This means that the car was sold while on the lift in the service department and being worked on. The car was not able to be ran or driven in the condition that this dealership allowed it to be sold in. That being said, if you are willing to pay the high prices they list outright without hearing the car run or driving it then go here. If you want to get taken advantage of then go here. I myself will never do business with them again nor will my family. More

Service Department There is NO comparison between Don Ayres Service Department and others in the area. I am 65 years old and have owned many vehicles over the years. I h There is NO comparison between Don Ayres Service Department and others in the area. I am 65 years old and have owned many vehicles over the years. I have taken my vehicle to this service department for 13 years and never had an issue with the service. The service advisors are professional and extremely knowledgeable. The CRV sold itself. Frankly, because of the service department I limited myself to buying a car at this dealership and spent 2 years investigating the vehicle I would purchase. The salesman was also knowledgeable and friendly but I only drove the car once and consulted with my service guys (Chuck and Kevin) to "seal the deal". I look forward to continuing the great relationship and service I have become accustomed to. More

Everyone we've dealt with from Rick, financials, and managers have all been knowledgeable and helpful!! We've also converted our daughter-in-law to become a Honda owner! More

This is a 6 star dealership not a 5 star , I & my family have and own over 12 Honda's over a period of the 30 yrs , currently we have 3 Honda's now a 1992 Honda & a 2006 Accord, 1996 Accord witch is brand new and it is in my garage & has less than 1000 miles on it . Just to let you know I am a 47 yrs service technician for a local industrial fork lift dealership & have a very good knowledge of what excellent service is all about..... I challenge you to find a better staff to service your requirements........!!!!!! The reason I'll keep buying vehicles from them is that they take care of the customer from start to finish. The reason I'll continue to have, and recommend to have service done with them is that without fail, they are trustworthy and deliver what they promise. No excuses, no baloney, no dancing around promise they can't deliver upon. They are excellent, plain and simple. More

First impression of the dealership was good. I was greeted by the service manager and because it was a busy Saturday he made sure I was attended to even though it was busy. Rick Kruger was courteous greeted by the service manager and because it was a busy Saturday he made sure I was attended to even though it was busy. Rick Kruger was courteous and did a great job explaining the features of the models I test drove that day. The next week I came back in to look again at the Pilot and even though Rick was not available, Ben Maggert was helpful. The dealership was low pressure when closing the sale which is IMPORTANT to me. The price quote from Don Ayers Honda was given without a hassle over the phone and was in line with the other price quotes I had received.
