I have had several service experiences with this location, each worse than the last. This last timeI mentioned an interest in a future car purchase and was told I would need to speak to a sales rep location, each worse than the last. This last timeI mentioned an interest in a future car purchase and was told I would need to speak to a sales representative. I sat on the sales floor waiting for my car and walked around the lot (I was there for an hour and 45 minutes) and was no once approached by a sales member. The service manager is nice enough, but this last visit he gave me a disdainful look and seemed to take an attitude with me when I told him I had my tires changed at Costco because they charged me half of what Maple Hill would. I saw my air filters sitting on the counter for about half an hour before anyone “found” me to ask me about replacing them (in reality, I kept checking the counter to see if anyone was there and it was I who finally ran into the manager to get an update on why a simple oil change where I was next in line was taking nearly 2 hours). I purchased my last two Hyundais from Elhart in Holland and I will return there for future service and the purchase of my 2021 Palisade later this year. I find the Maple Hill Hyundai dealership to be completely unprofessional and not interested in maintaining a client base. They don’t treat you like they want your business, but more like they are doing you a favor and you’re an inconvenience. More

We have bought three cars at Maple Hill, not because of the deals we get but because of the terrific service we receive. We might see a salesman every 5-10 years, but we see the service department for all the deals we get but because of the terrific service we receive. We might see a salesman every 5-10 years, but we see the service department for all of our oil changes, basic service and if there are problems we come in for resolutions. I have ALWAYS been treated with incredible respect and friendliness. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! This time my husband brought my car in for the service department because I am laid up with a broken ankle so I am not who he worked with but, in the past, Rick has always been great and Amie called me today to check on my level of satisfaction and she was very good too! More
