Sales person was busy, going between 3-4 customers so spent time waiting. Driving home after purchasing the car realized it needed an oil change right away. Took the car to my mechanic for an oil change spent time waiting. Driving home after purchasing the car realized it needed an oil change right away. Took the car to my mechanic for an oil change and he noticed 2 leaks. Had to take the car to a dealership near me to get the leaks fixed, which took 3 days. Thankfully it was covered under the manufacturers warranty so I did not have to pay out of pocket but still sucks having to be without the car you just bought due to issues. More

My son and I were immediately comfortable with Drew. We was very personable and didn't put any pressure on us. He was great at getting back to us with additional info the following Monday, just as he prom was very personable and didn't put any pressure on us. Salesman(deshawn) was not knowledgeable on vehicle. My father asked numerous questions which he said he would have to inquire about and then never did. Was trying to juggle 2 customers at the same time wh father asked numerous questions which he said he would have to inquire about and then never did. Was trying to juggle 2 customers at the same time which lead to me being the neglected customer. Salesman stated if I gave him a good review then I’d receive my 2nd set of keys for the vehicle I PURCHASED! Was super unprofessional in my opinion. Never received my second set. The sale would not have gone through if not for manager who actually helped negotiate price and was a wonderful man to work with! Would go elsewhere next time for sure and tell my friends and family to do the same. More

Easy to work with! I went in looking for a car I saw online and met Chris Krajniak at the dealership.
