I am so thankful for Manny and Robert at Toyota. After my accident a couple weeks ago, the third person we called (after the police & Insurance) was Manny (who immediately reached out to Robert). Th After my accident a couple weeks ago, the third person we called (after the police & Insurance) was Manny (who immediately reached out to Robert). These two were there for us from day one and I cannot say how much we appreciate that! When insurance told us the Camry was a total loss, Manny & Robert told us not to worry, they would handle everything. Fast forward a couple weeks (once my dream car was off the truck), here we are today driving home my NEW 2022 Platinum Highlander!! This car is everything I’ve wanted and with what should have been a very stressful moment, they made life easier! Thank you both for everything!! More

Really fast service as always. Purchased three vehicles from landers andthat should be proud enough if how much I choose this dealership rather than the others. However, our sales guy, Cra We purchased a 2018 Tesla Model 3. The general manager, Robert, and the sales manager, Brandon, were both very helpful. However, our sales guy, Craig, was extremely rude and unprofessional once the sale was done. First of all, the vehicle we were interested in was listed on Auto Trader for a certain price. When I submitted an inquiry on it, I was told that the price was listed wrong but we could “discuss further” once we came in. When we got there, we were told that service had not even looked at the vehicle yet so they had no idea what work needed to be done. Craig said if we did not buy the car that night, they would be listing it for $5k over the original listed price the next day. Or we could meet in the middle, & he could sell it to us for $2,500 over the original listed price. We had a paper trail of the original listed price from when I submitted the inquiry, but we were told it was a mistake, the listing has been pulled, and it will be corrected, and there’s no way they could sell it for that price. We conceded since it was a low price & agreed to $2,500 over the original list price. We then had to wait 3 days after purchase to pick up the vehicle while they cleaned & inspected it. We purchased a warranty and the tires were nearly bald so they replaced all 4 tires. They refused to replace the tires with a set that was in stock because those were “too expensive,” and instead they chose to order a set for a cheaper price, which resulted in the car sitting on the lot for 3 days after we bought it, while they waited for the tires to arrive. When we complained, we were given a free rental (this should have been offered in the first place). When we asked why the tires were taking so long, Craig told us he didn’t know but his commission was completely gone & he was accepting tips. While I understand this was meant as a joke, it was poor taste and extremely unprofessional. The dealership should have looked at the car before listing a price. He should take his grievances up with his boss or employer, not the customer. A few days later, we discovered that the charger for the newly purchased Tesla was not fully functional (remote button to open the charge port & unlock the charger did not work). We could climb into the vehicle or use the app on our phone to still be able to open the port & unlock the charger, but the charger should be 100% functional. We went to Craig for help. He argued with us that since there was a work around and the car could still be charged, we did not need a new charger, as the partially functioning charger was acceptable. When we pushed further, reminding him that we purchased a warranty, and we should not have been given a faulty charger in the first place, he again said that he did not make any money off this deal and there was nothing wrong with the charger. He even went so far as to say that the charger is not supposed to have a remote button, that we didn’t know what we were talking about. I sent him a link directly from the Tesla website, where it instructs you to use the remote button on the charger to open the port. He still insisted there was nothing wrong with the charger. I had to go to the sales manager, Brandon, to get help with the charger. He was very helpful and replaced the charger. We’ve always received great service in the past from Landers Toyota in NWA. I hope no one else has to work with Craig though because he is rude, unprofessional, condescending, and does not care about helping his customers. More
