Everybody is so friendly and makes you feel like they want your repeat business. Completely opposite feel of Audi dealers and about on par with MB dealers in GA. If we decide to stay loyal to BMW we will definitely be back to Ferman. More

I must say that I finally found the perfect car with performance, drivers experience, technology & luxury all rolled into one at Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor Florida. The service was excellent to say the least thanks to Robert Chodorowski, Stone Quevil, & Scott In Finance. Before I went to Ferman BMW I was about to Purchase a Chevy Camaro Convertable ZL1 in nightfall grey at Gordon Chevrolet where I made them a generous offer and was going to give $1,00.00 down and told them I was waiting for money to come in. I wanted to test drive the vehicle and was told I couldn’t because the roads were wet. After leaving Gordon Chevrolet I got an e mail from them to come in and work out the numbers. The sales person called me and told me that the girl wasn’t supposed to contact me and proceeded to tell me that when the money comes in then we will talk I found that very degrading & Unprofessional. The next day I went To Ferman and drove a M550i which had 6,000 miles on it, until they showed me a new BMW M550i X Drive in Frost White It grew on me That Monday I put down a deposit and we worked the numbers were we were all happy and I am thrilled with my New Car. They made the experience such a pleasure and gave my the run down on all the features. I recommend Ferman BMW not 100 % But 150%. They were absolutely amazing. The two ladies who work in loaners, they were super sweet and did everything they could last minute. Getting into sales, Robert was so patient with answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with it all.
