From staying late on a Friday night when I came to test drive in the rain, and ultimately purchase my Sienna, so patiently walking me through everything, including how to unlock my credit, to then staying late the next night when I was running late to bring my trade-in to the dealership during a huge rain storm, to helping me get a CD I had left in my old car, and answering every single question I had in-between. This is the kind of service that creates repeat customers. I will never buy from another dealership.
