Robert at the finance department was nice and the transaction was smooth. However, he agreed to cancel the manufacture extended warranty for our totaled MDX, he also told us he already submitted the cancellation request and it would take 30 days to process. After 30 days, I called Acura Care center and they told me the request was never submitted. More
