Very friendly and accommodating staff who are easy to interact with. I happened to be in the area and needed an oil change. The staff at W&L Subaru are friendly and very willing to help their customers. Phil Rizzo introduced us to Dale Long.. Dale was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process. I made the decision to finally trade up my 2016 Crosstrek to a 2020 Crosstrek. Everyone that I met made this experience a great one.
