We had shopped another Subaru dealership earlier in the day and thought we would try W&L. My daughter purchased two used cars there from Dale Long. We asked for Dale since I had been with my daughter for day and thought we would try W&L. My daughter purchased two used cars there from Dale Long. We asked for Dale since I had been with my daughter for her purchases. He was working with four or five customers at the time. He came back often to apologize and keep us updated on his time-line. The entire dealership was very busy. Some customers I noticed from the first dealership we visited and they were buying at W&L. The entire process was good but the wait could have been shorter. It would be great for customers if the dealership would have a few runners to run paperwork between offices and make copies necessary for the deals to go through. Poor Dale must have gone to the copier 50 times while we were there and was carrying paperwork here and there. That time could have been spent with his customers. Other than that the experience was great. I got the deal and the Subaru I wanted. More
