My experience with Elder Ford of compound was like a roller coaster at first it started positive with the salesperson James and his interaction with Mr Torino then when it went to financing it took a di roller coaster at first it started positive with the salesperson James and his interaction with Mr Torino then when it went to financing it took a dive to the point that I actually was going to walk away from the deal it wasn't until Mr Torino came back and Salvage the negotiation by bringing me back to the table. I feel happy and satisfied with the purchase and I know that Mr Torino did everything he could to ensure that I was satisfied. Doing business with Elder Ford of Tampa was satisfying and at this point I am definitely giving them the opportunity to get my service business as well as a recommendation if somebody asked me where to buy Ford vehicle.
