I started here at Rallye BMW 19 years ago. At that time, we were located in Roslyn, NY at 1600 Northern Blvd., located behind our Mercedes Store. I have been in some type of sales my whole life, and I really enjoy meeting people. Many years ago, I was involved in my father’s business, selling Industrial Knitting Machines all over the United States, in addition to Colombia, South America. I once owned a bar in Atlanta, and a furniture store in Ridgefield, CT. My experience in sales is unmatched, and my service is something that customers love. I attended DeKalb College in Stone Mountain, GA. I have the most caring and loving wife. Proud father of a wonderful daughter. Love to spend as much time with my family as possible. I enjoy traveling. Germany and France are some of the many places I have traveled to. I also like to play racquetball and tennis. I really love what I do, and truly care about my customers!

I had positively the most fantastic experience purchasing my latest vehicle with Robert Wachsman from Rallye BMW. This was an out of state purchase and he, along with his knowledgeable staff, helped me navig my latest vehicle with Robert Wachsman from Rallye BMW. This was an out of state purchase and he, along with his knowledgeable staff, helped me navigate the whole process without any hesitation or difficulty experienced on my end. From my initial inquiry I immediately knew that I was going to be in good hands and that experience continued throughout every step of the process thanks to Robert. I've seen "customer driven" referenced in other reviews and that is exactly what I experienced myself. Robert was willing to provide me with all the answers I presented no matter what the question was right down to the minute details regarding the out of state purchase, and was a pleasure to speak with every time we needed to touch base. When I took delivery of the vehicle everyone involved was beyond friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure I was happy with everything associated with the vehicle purchase and the vehicle itself. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle uses Rallye BMW and or any brand within the Rallye name and more importantly to ask for Robert Wachsman who is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. Bobby Channan from finance is very personable and was truly a delight and extremely easy to work with, and willing to customize anything without hesitation or unease. Last but certainly not least James Geary and Dylan Diaz were extremely accommodating in making sure that I was fully instructed and comfortable with the vehicle before I went on my way. James was my BMW Genius that day and I certainly couldn't have predicted the level of knowledge, friendliness and thoroughness he provided with every function of the car. Best dealership experience to date and one that all future experiences will be compared to. Thank you! More

Had an amazing experience buying my first BMW 430 GC from this dealership. The entire process was fairly seamless, transparent and quick. Fabulous and wonderful! I don't know that I can say enough good things about my experience at Rallye. It was incredible. From the moment I first called about my BMW 430i I don't know that I can say enough good things about my experience at Rallye. It was incredible. From the moment I first called about my BMW 430i they were determined to provide superior customer service, and they succeeded phenomenally. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car online, and out of state, but Robert made me feel very comfortable with the process. He was very patient, explained everything and made me feel perfectly at ease. There wasn't a thing he didn't do for me - EVERYTHING was taken care of when I arrived at the dealership. First we met Dylan Diaz, the Vehicle Exchange Specialist who was kind, attentive and welcoming. We looked over the car, and Dylan advised if I saw something wrong they would fix it before I left. Anthony Abreu was my assigned BMW Genius. He went over everything in the car, paired my phone to the car for my ride home, and ensured I was completely comfortable with the car. And that wasn't all folks! Last but not least, we met Vicki Sarocco, the Business Manager who was amazing beyond words! She made us feel like one of the family! We laughed and told stories of our families, and I just fell in love with the entire team! I wish I could give them more stars because they deserve my sincere appreciation. I could go on, but please be assured -- you can't go wrong purchasing a vehicle from Rallye. THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! More
