All I can say is Saturday was our lucky day! Erik was our salesman and he was fantastic!! We were looking for a used truck with low miles! Erik showed us the perfect truck, a black 2020 platinum with low miles! Someone had put a deposit on it a few days prior but lucky for us deposits only hold the price not the vehicle. Not sure why someone would wait days to buy the perfect vehicle especially when there is a car shortage but their foolishness in waiting was our blessing. Ya snooze ya lose. We were able to purchase the truck that very same day and bring it home! My husband has never been so happy over a vehicle! This truck has everything we wanted and then some! I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and it’s salespeople, everyone was in an upbeat mood, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and all went above and beyond in making this the greatest buying experience ever! I am 58 years old and I have never had a more pleasurable buying experience then the one I had at Fair Oaks Ford! I will never, ever buy from any other dealership again!
