Brought 3 week old truck in for knock in engine see was going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and w going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and would call in an hour. That didn’t happen so I called at 3:30 pm and was told GM would be calling back on Thursday… 4 days later still waiting for service to let me know of next step. Been buying GM vehicles my entire life never had issues until now More

I bought my car from them brand new zero mileage, a few days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a lo days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a loaner or even a ride back home. I got a call. It’s ready. When I picked up the car, they told me it was a sensor issue and they fixed it. I left the dealer. The same day engine check light came out again and my car wasn’t drivable. I have to go to a different GMC. Dealer and what they tell me this time is completely different. They have to replace something. connected to the engine. More

The guys there are very knowledgeable about my vehicle, professional, and patient. The place is super clean and when it comes to repairs on my vehicle they pay attention to detail.
