Battery replacement Everything went well. Have never touched the battery myself since purchasing the Explorer. Checked the battery and found the positive post was cor Everything went well. Have never touched the battery myself since purchasing the Explorer. Checked the battery and found the positive post was corroded. Attempted to clean it and found the positive post moved both sideways and vertically. Left it alone and took it to my dealer to have it inspected. Never experienced this in my life and they replaced it for a $50.00 copayment after some discussion. More

Terrible Waited 2 hours for an oil change told them it was burning oil. They told me it was because it was an older vehicle.i took it to a diff place the catalytic converter manifold and muffler done and I was told it was worked on and an existing problem o2 sensor and a hub.then guess what engine had warranty they told me I had to pay 685 dollars to prove there was no sledge in engine that I maintained my car. I did after they did that they wanted receipts itemized I only had partial not enough why did they say I had to take my engine apart if they needed receipts More

Takes care of there customers. Alex with the help of his boss Mark saved me from a sinking ship! I drive Ford for a few reasons. The way they treat their customers in person and on the phone, The way the servicemen in the back maintain and work on your vehicle, and Fords view of the market place and politics. The didnt take the bailout and bail on the American people. Buy Ford, buy American. I am a more then average milage driver, And was in a position on where my vehicle was going to need some extreme maintaince, Alex knew I was a loyal Ford driver and customer, with a few moves on Alex’s and Marks part they Made it easy for me to get into my new Ford 150 truck! I will only buy from Currie Ford ! More

Outstanding Sales and Service experience I purchased my F-150 Platinum in 2017 from Currie Ford in Frankfort. Pete Porzio was my sales person and he was excellent. He is very customer focus I purchased my F-150 Platinum in 2017 from Currie Ford in Frankfort. Pete Porzio was my sales person and he was excellent. He is very customer focused on what I needed, why and he went out of his way test driving vehicles, finding the right vehicle and meeting all of my requirements. He isn't pushy and didn't pressure me into anything. Very honest and no BS! He answered all of my questions and truly made me feel at home with Ford and their technology. The Service team has been terrific. They are very attentive to you when you arrive for service and they communicate very well. They get the job done quickly and correctly. I had an issue one time with a maintenance item and the Service Manager Roberto went out of his way to address it, fix it and make sure I was happy. Thank you to everyone at Currie Ford for making my transition from Chevrolet a great experience! More
