This was my first time shopping for cars at Currie Motors, and I was shopping at other dealerships as well, but with all my research, I believed I got the best car, the best deal and the best customer service at Currrie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Sam, Jeff, Mario and Albion were especially attentive to my inquiries, concerns, and need to think about all the information they imparted to me. I never felt pressured to make an instant decision, and felt that they worked diligently with me and my husband to make sure we were satisfied with the final price. In the end, Sam found me a great, Ford Edge Titanium loaded with everything I was looking for, I mean everything! I purchased a used vehicle from the salesman Jalen Reed at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort on February 23, 2023. I picked up the vehicle on February 25, 2023 paid cash in the amount of 17,000. On March 2 at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort on February 23, 2023. I picked up the vehicle on February 25, 2023 paid cash in the amount of 17,000. On March 2, 2023 which was 5 days after picking up the vehicle and only driving it approximately 60 miles the car began stalling and would not accelerate at times. I was able to eventually get the car back to the dealer on March 2, 2023. Once I got the vehicle back to the dealership a diagnostic test was ran and was determined to be a problem with the transmission. The dealership committed to fix the vehicle at no charge. However, it is now 26 days later and I still do not have the vehicle and I am not sure what is going to happen at this point. I thought it would be ready last week but the service department said I misunderstood. More
