Ricky who did all the working on replacing my air conditioner was also very friendly and explained the new thermostates very well. He was very educated on all the work he had to do, even the awing. Having been a full timerfor two years it was very nice to spend most of the day with them. They just babied my two dogs and they say thank you also. I would also say they went out of their way to help. I can not say thank you enough.??😁🐾 More

The sales team was not aggressive and very knowledgeable on their products and helped determined the right camper for our needs. The sale process was quick and painless. The walkthrough process was very thorough but wish we would have taken more time to do things ourselves when we were shown. One major complaint is we were not able to check the cable TV capability. The TV was working with the TV antenna but not the cable. We did not discover this until our first camping trip. Luckily the campground staff helped troubleshoot the problem to tell up the cable connection was not working inside the camper. We also found another issue with the side skirt where the strap to connect to the camper side was never connected. More

Shane our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to show us all options meeting our criteria. Arnold helped make the financing and paperwork painless. Mike the general manager checked on us often to make sure everything was going smoothly. Richard took all the time we needed to make sure we knew all the ends and outs on how to operate everything to get started on our adventure. They even called to make sure we made it home safely. We would recommend you make this your first stop when you plan to buy a RV. More

We window shopped all around and were sold on the Grand Design Imagine,I meet Robin and she showed me around at a few models but we were already sold on the 2800BH. Robin introduced me the the General Manager Mike and we chatted while several employees entertained my dog Bimmer. The overall experience was awesome! Robin introduced me to the Finance Manager Arnold. Then I went out for Pete to give me my set up orientation,Pete was awesome! When all was done then I meet Mike in parts,Mike gave me suggestions for purchase and even set up my first appointment!. Robin was by my side the whole time to make sure I was taken care of! Amazing Customer Service! We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When w We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When we decided it was time to ask questions, they were right there to help. They listened to what we wanted for our RV, not what they thought we should have. That was VERY refreshing. We ended up buying an RV from Dodd, and I have to say the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Since it was late on a Saturday, we had to wait for the banks to open in order to process our loan. The Finance Manager and our Sales person called us on their days off just to update us and let us know how everything was going. By that Thursday, we had an appointment to come in and sign paperwork to take our RV home. The paperwork was easy to complete, and then we spent a good amount of time learning the ins and outs about our RV. They provided us with great tips about what type of equipment worked best (hoses, hook ups, etc) and also talked about how to make sure we were level at a site and so forth. They also showed us how to pretty much work every button and gadget in our new camper. Our experience was outstanding!!! I feel like Dodd RV welcomed us into their family, and I am VERY glad we stopped in on a rainy day just to look at their inventory. More
