I went to Front Royal Ford to have my 2017 Mustang serviced. So while I had to wait for that to be done I asked Zach Orndorff who I could talk to about looking at a vehicle. He took me to Tyler Deaver serviced. So while I had to wait for that to be done I asked Zach Orndorff who I could talk to about looking at a vehicle. He took me to Tyler Deavers, great choice,. Tyler showed me what I wanted to look at which was a Ford Transit Connect passenger vehicle. He answered all my many questions and showed me how to work things in the vehicle with much patience, kindness and knowledge. After looking and discussing everything I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Roland, in financial was also a big help with this. So much understanding and kindness was shown by these employees. One of the reasons I deal with Front Royal Ford is due to these kind employees. Tyler is an employee that needs to be recognized. I have dealt with many dealerships and their employees and I have never been treated with the respect I received at Front Royal Ford. Tyler is awesome!!! Zach is also a great addition to the service department. Thanks to all who spent time with me the day I made my purchase and afterward. Gold stars to all especially Tyler⭐️ Front Royal Ford is a great dealership and I won’t deal anywhere else. More

Feel that dealership should’ve offered to pay for service needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warrant needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warranty costing an additional $5,000 did not cover any of the problems associated with the need for service so soon after purchasing the vehicle. It was obvious Roy did not want to even discuss the issue and was evasive with his responses and just wanted to quickly end the conversation. All other people involved in sale, financing and service of truck were good to deal with especially Roland of financing who went above and beyond to at least try to help in some way and took time to go over everything and was very helpful and respectful of my issues and concerns. More
