I have been with Lexus since it was county line Lexus Qudus sold me many of my previous Lexus‘s in the past there , now he is in finance at Lexus of North Miami. My experience with Luis Portillo in this Qudus sold me many of my previous Lexus‘s in the past there , now he is in finance at Lexus of North Miami. My experience with Luis Portillo in this 2025 Lexus RX lease was of course spectacular and smooth , I strayed away to Infinity in the pandemic in 2022 due to lack of cars being manufactured and was very disappointed with the car and the service . I am very happy to say I am back to my Lexus RX 350 which has always been my favorite car of choice . Bobby has been my service advisor for years and he is truly an asset to the dealership. His level of personal advice and customer care is top-notch. I should know , I make a living providing customer care as well. I am very proud to drive and represent and recommend Lexus of North Miami., as many of my friends are clients there with Luis And Bobby as well . I will never stray again lol.
