Awful experience at Lexus North Miami. To my surprise, they sold the car to someone else, claiming they got a cash offer, even though I had already made the deposit. This kind of thing is unfortunately typical of Miami dealerships. I stopped searching for other cars, thinking I had this one locked in, only to be left hanging. It’s the kind of move that shows poor management—trying to be slick but ultimately ruining their own reputation. Not only will I never buy from them again, but I’ll make sure to share my experience every time someone asks about this dealership. If they think these tactics are smart business, they’re dead wrong. All they’re doing is hurting their sales team and pushing away loyal customers. Lexus North Miami needs to clean up their act, or they’ll keep losing business for good. More
