When we didn't want something they didn't push!! After we bought our carbwe left and they realized it was leaking fluid they called us back got it temporarily fixed till the part came in bought us lunch and after we took the car home they came and got it and gave us a rental for the day and then filled it up for us when they brought it back that day!! Just really great experience all around!! More

Rocco is the best! Roscoe made signing a new lease extremely easy and convienent. A few weeks after I signed my lease, I was walking out of work and realized I locked my keys in my car. There is a key pad on the side of my car, but I forgot what the code was. We weren't disappointed, I got a 2016 Certified Ford Escape in great condition at a very low price. Not only was the staff helpful through the process but they were also delightful. I will be recommending this dealership, especially my salesman to family and friends. First American car purchase and will probably stick to Ford for a while now. More
