Everyone worked together well in making the sale and delivery of the vehicle. Given the low inventory of the times - there was not much to "sell" - so it was very matter-of-fact. I like having the tech guy explain all the features. I think the back end of the fees are excessive. Another ten grand in fees....not cool and glossed over instead of shown. Felt quite sneaky. More

Ferman BMW was great to negotiate with via email and text for a used vehicle while on vacation from TN. Once negotiated, they placed a hold sign on it for a week until we could get there to check it out (6 h for a used vehicle while on vacation from TN. The deal included a check promised to us, which took longer than expected to arrive, but it did eventually arrive as promised. We have been enjoying the Jeep Gladiator. More
