Overall it was a good exp. I will say the rep that my wife gets every time up sells her and that's frustrating. It actually happened twice now. ON our recent visit we ha I will say the rep that my wife gets every time up sells her and that's frustrating. It actually happened twice now. ON our recent visit we had the tires rotated. Car drove terrible the next day so we had to bring it back. Turns out it was a balancing issue that cost an extra $100. This has never happened before with any car i have had the tires rotated on and I thought this should have been covered or at least discussed prior to the rotation. Brian Coccia More
