He was patient, communicated well, listened to our search parameters and ultimately helped us secure a vehicle for a new driver. Russ made our family feel appreciated and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable for our teenager. Russ also took extra time to set the car up with all the right safeguards the car offered and talked to our new driver about safety as if he were talking to someone in his own family. More
