He even sent a video to our email that night explaining the package we were getting in more detail. On the day of purchase he even moved our current car seats from one car to the other and walked us through how to use everything in the car prior to us leaving the lot. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, and he had tons of great information. My wife appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the features of the van. He helped us problem-solve getting our broken-down car to the dealership for a trade-in and was super gracious as our 1-year-old wandered around the dealership. He was patient, communicated well, listened to our search parameters and ultimately helped us secure a vehicle for a new driver.
