Russell has helped me with 5 Vehicle purchased now both new and used, each time the experience has been relaxed and low pressure. Before the purchase Russell goes over all the features of the vehicles, do new and used, each time the experience has been relaxed and low pressure. What I really appreciate about this dealership is they go over everything in detail with you during the signing. The finance manager goes over the numbers in detail so their are "No Surprises." This dealership strives on return customers and they make sure you understand everything you are receiving and paying for. The final reason I keep coming back here is the service department is the best period. It's the only "Dealership" I will take my cars for regular service no matter the brand of car. They don't try and upsell you anything, prices are reasonable vs other dealerships, and unlike no name mechanics they stand behind their work. My 2022 Outlander joins my Mother's 2013 Outlander Sport in family duty, both have been and will be maintained by RC Hill as long as I own them. More
