He listened to my needs to help me pick the best car for me, set my expectations right from the beginning, walked me through all of the details of the car, he discussed the options to meet my needs, the delivery date and everything. This car was on back order, but Derek kept me up to date on every development as it happened. Conor McQuade, the manager who helped with the pricing, was more than reasonable, understanding and helpful in explaining all of my options.
