Chucky's manner with dealing when his clients puts everyone at ease so when it came time to replace our Avalon, Chucky was our go to guy. We wanted a Highlander Limited that was not on their lot, Chucky quickly found one at the distribution center. He kept us apprised every step of the way so we knew when to expect delivery.
