Ryan was great and met all needs until my car was off the lot hard to get ahold of after the purchase was complete. I had issues and getting him to return my call was impossible… I am still working through t lot hard to get ahold of after the purchase was complete. Also the detailing on the car was less than superb, I am still unwrapping and fining plastic throughout the car… More

It was the worse experience I have ever had in a car dealership. I really feel like the practices are dishonest and almost felt like I was a hostage. I asked for my keys several times and they just kept dealership. I really feel like the practices are dishonest and almost felt like I was a hostage. I asked for my keys several times and they just kept saying please give us one more shot to make this deal for you. It was a terrible experience. Bait and switch multiple times and ended up losing out on $4500. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I will never go back. More

Ryan is cool, unfortunately the sales manager put me underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why I couldn't pass on the deal. I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite. I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here. I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings. Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's. If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing. More

I purchased my car in November 2022. Ryan F and Erick were GREAT! They answered all of my questions, were courteous and friendly and never made me feel like they were simply out for a Ryan F and Erick were GREAT! I had asked for a couple of 'extras' - a second set of keys and new wipers (one was torn) and I have received both with a smile. I feel like both gentlemen were happy FOR me because I was happy with my purchase. I had looked at other car dealerships but Lithia by far is the most customer-friendly. Thank you! More
