Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. I enjoy helping people,and love seeing the smiles they have when they get the car they want! It had been over thirty years since I had purchased a car via a dealership. I did not have a positive memory of that experience. So this time, I ordered my Mini Cooper SE online to avoid the dealer's sales p via a dealership. I did not have a positive memory of that experience. So this time, I ordered my Mini Cooper SE online to avoid the dealer's sales pressure. To my pleasant surprise, the manager of Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay and Ryan George, the Mini Guru, called to welcome me to Ferman Mini and to explain to me the entire process from ordering, to manufacturing, to shipping and delivery and the estimated timeframes for each. I was immediately impressed and have remained so with the professionalism and tenure of each person I have met from this dealership. Ryan George kept me informed throughout each phase of the process and even changed the interior color of the leather seats on my original order to my favorite color. That color change really made the overall car pop. Thanks Ryan for a great job and I look forward to working again. More

Ryan George, my salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I waited over 5 months for my Mini Convertible and he was very responsive to my numerous emails and questions.
