Walker Ford has always been extremely friendly knowledgeable and I never leave unsatisfied. Their waiting room is spacious and comfortable with amenities to ease any small amount of in person wait knowledgeable and I never leave unsatisfied. The technicians are responsive and attentive knowing that their customers have busy schedules and of course nobody likes waiting, this gets avoided by their courtesy check ins where a tech comes out periodically to update you in your cars status. I went in to get my A/C fixed and they charged me $780 for a missing washer where the Freon was supposedly leaking. I had to pay for a rental car for the weekend while they fixed this.
