The other day I got a phone call from Ryan Holcomb service manager at Walker Ford he asked me if I'm still looking for two new tires for my truck we had talked about it a couple of weeks prior when I service manager at Walker Ford he asked me if I'm still looking for two new tires for my truck we had talked about it a couple of weeks prior when I was getting my oil changed I said yeah he asked me when I wanted to do it I laughed and said that's a good question as I'm usually pretty busy I jokingly asked if I could bring it in right he said hang on a second put me on hold come back a couple minutes later mind you it's 5 in the afternoon he asked me if I could be there in 20 minutes I said I'd be there in 10 they had me in and out in under an hour can't sing their praises enough you guys are awesome More

I’m only giving 5 stars because it won’t let me give more. I showed up for an oil changed and mentioned my window wasn’t working. We were able to determine that I needed a new window switch before my ca more. I showed up for an oil changed and mentioned my window wasn’t working. We were able to determine that I needed a new window switch before my car was taken back. I knew I could fix it myself so I purchased a new switch from the parts department and said I would find time to do it myself. After hearing how busy my schedule is with working and going to school full time (and seeing that I was doing homework in the waiting area), this AMAZING staff decided to snag my new switch and install it for me. It’s a simple task but it was a HUGE relief knowing I wouldn’t have to find time to do it myself. Every experience I have with this location is OUTSTANDING and I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else. More

Steve at the Service shop took care of me liquidity split And got the car service going. Don at The Body Shop Take care of the warranty on my Explorer hood. I have a new hood painted And ready to be installed The next day. I appreciate all of his work and he deserves a big that a boy❗❗ On the other hand I took the shuttle and was very disappointed. The young man did not have a Mask On, I have no idea what your policy is but I saw a sign that Mask will be warn ..The young man was also looking Down At his phone for directions and texting Back-and-forth with your dispatch 4 the next pick up line. At 1 time I held one phone so he could dial the other while driving To call the next pick up. The way the world is today I think you better update your policy about mask, And followed through and make sure people are wearing them. Another gentleman asked the young man if he had his shots and he said no. I thought if you don't have your shot you should be wearing a mask. I don't want anything to happen to the young man who did a nice job besides all that of the stuff. He should be educated About safe driving And providing a clean and and safe environment With The vehicle He is using the transport customers. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my opinion. Once again Stephen Don for professional and excellent. I do appreciate the transportation but I think these issues need to Addressed.
