I was assigned Ryan Kennedy as my service consultant at Lexus of Chattanooga. They had my vehicle for 4 days before they finally updated me on the issue with my vehicle. I attempted to contact Mr. Kennedy Lexus of Chattanooga. They had my vehicle for 4 days before they finally updated me on the issue with my vehicle. I attempted to contact Mr. Kennedy several times and had to speak to a female that could not give me any information about my vehicle. Mr. Kennedy was supposed to get me a loaner vehicle for this time period and as stated I never could get him to call me back until he finally contacted me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and it was not able to be repaired due to the repair cost was 3 times the value on the vehicle. I attempted to work with a salesperson to purchase a new vehicle but they could not get one on the lot for 2 months and would not assist in providing temporary transportation for that timeframe. Needless to say, I’m going to Georgia to get my new Lexus and will be having it serviced anywhere other than Lexus of Chattanooga which is only 15 minutes from my home. Very sad because there are some fantastic staff who do work there. More

Bought a new RX 500h from salesman Ralph Paty. Ralph was very professional, top notch. We had to wait for the car and Ralph kept us informed during the waiting period. Talked to a tech at Lexus of Chattanooga. My advice. Don't step for in there unless you wanna be ripped off. First I had an open recall. Which I think they fixed. I asked if they could get a code why my roof wouldn't work. I told them I had a OBD2 reader but they said that it wouldn't be able to get the code for that. They said no no no they had some diagnostic tool that would be able to tell them exactly what was wrong. So my dumb xxx agreed to a $200 diagnostic charge believing they would be able to give me some answers. So they have my car for 2 days. When I went to pick it up today they said the top wasn't fixed and it might be the switch or it might be the computer in the trunk they weren't sure. I asked him did you hook it up to the diagnostic tool you were talking about. And most of my surprised the rep said yes we hooked it up to the OBD2 and found no codes. So I'm out 200 bucks still don't know what's wrong except for the fact that the switch is good when I get home I tested it. When the disengage trunk button is pushed I get a red light but no roof movement. When the Trunk disengage button is engaged I push the button getting the red light at the top of the switch. I dismantled The climate control unit and found there was no issue with the switch so my next move which I have done is to buy a sliding roof computer that's in the trunk hopefully that helps. Again if you can avoid it don't use Lexus of Chattanooga because they lie they have no other diagnostic tool that goes deeper than your standard OBD2. I've been a fool. And still I have a manual convertible. More

Still cannot believe we landed one of the most sought after vehicles available (or not available anywhere in GA, TN or AL). How did we get a new Lexus GX 550? It is the perfect color and Luxury package that is clearly the most beautiful vehicle we have ever owned. Marc was great in telling us about it when he knew we were looking at the TX, but not really loving it. He told us there was a GX 550 coming in within the next few weeks. We decided to go for it and we had it the next week. It is amazing! Marc Bales, Justin Hendrick and Jackson Antinore were great at what they do! We had previously traded with Robbie Bales. Everyone at Lexus of Chattanooga are very sincere and knowledgeable. If we ever decide to trade this great GX 550, our first point of contact will be these guys at Lexus of Chattanooga! More
