This man is an embarrassment to the Kelly Auto group. He is abusive, imperious, insulting, obnoxious, rude and arrogant. I tried to resolve a service issue with him. He lied and claimed he was the GM - I now realize he's an assistant.
He literally waved his hand and said "You are dismissed" instead of trying to help resolve an issue.
Because of this shameful employee I also, therefore, rate the dealership poorly. It's a strong statement that a company would employ and retain someone whose conduct is such. It can't be an aberration. This must be behavior they consider acceptable.

"Frustrated with continued leak "fix""
I purchased a new 2018 Golf Sportwagen SE TSI last August. I have had an issue with a leak from my back trunk/hatch. My first leak (which was major) was in April and was supposedly fixed. It wasn't even a month later that I had another leak again from the trunk/hatch door. Again, it was fixed. A week later, yup! ANOTHER leak. It has been over a week now at the dealership and I have no idea what the status is.
I have contacted the Attorney General, the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council and Volkswagen Group of America. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and opened a claim with Volkswagen of America. While Nick & Rachel have been courteous and tried to help, I am beyond frustrated that the manager, Said, of Kelley Volkswagen- he has not contacted me in over a week. I did speak with a supervisor at Volkswagen of America, Ken Swaintek, and received no help from him as well.
I am beyond frustrated with this situation, and have little confidence that my issue will be resolved judging on the information on sunroof leak issues that Volkswagen has had. (According to Mr. Saintek, that is what has resulted in my back leak).
I am not sure of where I am heading now. I am discouraged and leery f if my car will ever be completely fixed. One thing I do know is that, as much as I love my car, I am pretty darn sure I would NEVER purchase another from Volkswagen.
One upset, discouraged and frustrated customer.
