The Service Department once again, took the extra step in correcting my faulty injector. Service Consultant Gary Nelson met me at the door and got me checked in while my regular Service Consultant, Sam Weism correcting my faulty injector. Service Consultant Gary Nelson met me at the door and got me checked in while my regular Service Consultant, Sam Weisman, was busy with another customer. This is not unusual as the Service Department at Coastal Kia acts as a Team, and back up each other with the main goal of serving the customer. AJ was kind, up front, very responsive and did everything he could to give me the best experience possible. I've worked with multiple dealerships in the past, and truth be told every single one has always be he could to give me the best experience possible. I've worked with multiple dealerships in the past, and truth be told every single one has always been a disappointing or awful experience, leaving me feeling cheated, a burden, and not a priority. I honestly was expecting another let down with my warranty. The news that they not only found multiple other issues and that all of them were going to be fully covered blew me away. The experience provided to me by Coastal Kia was top of the line, and was a breath of fresh air after so many terrible experiences. Thank you AJ, and thank you Coastal Kia Team! More
