When I took my new Atlas in for its first oil change, I was planning on paying $100+. My service technician said it was free and came with my factory warranty. He also said it would take an hour, but it on was planning on paying $100+. My service technician said it was free and came with my factory warranty. Parts Department Kevin in the parts department is awesome. Keffer VW is #1. Brought my car in for a 20K service, and I was due for a computer update. Brian Wiles and Seth Webb arranged for me to have transportation (which is a year newer). They were nice enough and I was due for a computer update. Brian Wiles and Seth Webb arranged for me to have transportation (which is a year newer). They were nice enough to let me know that I could update to a newer year model with a similar monthly investment. Sam was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as well. When I arrived to pick my car up today Sam had it washed and pulled up to the door, ready to go. These guys are on it!!!! Thank you Brian, Sam, and Seth. AH More
