This has been by far the worst management staff i have ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating. I have placed several call into the dealerships, txt messaged my sales rep, each month and have yet to have a manager call me back or acknowledge the issues with my purchase. I have went as far as to reach out to the leadership on Linked in to get a response which did work for a manager that is no longer there. Beware, Beware, Beware, the Passat is working fine however the missing items and $$$ issues post sales would make me think twice before ever purchasing anything from any Keffer Dealership... More

The car gave me so many problems that I almost lost my mind attempting to drive the car on a daily basis. The car was a HYBRID and when the car finally put me down completely and left me with NO TRANSPORTATION, the dealership took their time with getting the car repaired. The car steering pull off the road a few times and the vehicle has left me stranded as well coming out of work. Car is computerized so it works when it wants. The dealership General Manager Steve promised me a rental car that following Monday but went back on his word and left me without any transportation for 6 days. Very Poor customer service. As I stayed persistent on the follow up on all repairs, the dealership STOP answering my call. I had to catch a ride to the dealership only to find about 4 employees standing together at the front desk including (Greg the lead service manager) laughing while the phone just keep ringing. I ensured to Call the dealership as I was walking in the establishment to verify the reason as to why my phone call wasn't getting answered during operation hours. As a Customer of this establishment, this has been a HORRIFIC experience dealing with KEFFER VOLKSWAGEN and would not recommend this dealership. After clearing my bank account out to ensure I had a reliable car, only left me with NO Transportation and VERY Poor respect for my time during the repair process for this vehicle. More

The absolute worst experience at a dealership ever!! Ever been toyed with by a car dealership?? Seems like this is a reoccurring event with my recent encounters. Why would a dealership have you go throu Ever been toyed with by a car dealership?? Seems like this is a reoccurring event with my recent encounters. Why would a dealership have you go through the entire buying process, get a check from your bank, and then tell you the vehicle has been sold for 2 weeks?? Well this is the second time this has happened to me in a month. If you want your time wasted, choose Keffer. They are exceptional at that! Here's a synopsis of my experience: A week ago I found a Porsche Panamera on cars.com listed for sale. I reside in Maryland, so I asked my brother to take time out of his busy schedule on Saturday February 11, 2017 to go over to Keffer VW and check out the vehicle for me as he lives in Charlotte. He did just that. While there he encountered a salesman named Joe, whom he believed was very trustworthy, test drove the car, and gave me a call stating that the car was "a go". Joe and I began the purchase process on Monday. (Paperwork, numbers etc). Once an agreement was made, I called my credit union to notify them I had found the car I wanted to purchase. After the agreement was made the sales Manager Dewayne Noble began calling me. He stated that he was from the DMV area and had done plenty of work with my particular credit union in the past. He stated that within his past experience with my credit union the dealership would not need to provide amount given on a trade-in and the amount being put down. Dewayne then emailed me the purchase order without this information. I then forwarded the purchase order to my credit union. They sent me back an approval letter with a stipulation being a "Signed purchase" order by the dealer showing the amount given on my trade and correct payoff amount. Here's where it took a serious turn straight downhill. After requesting the signed purchase order from the dealer, I stopped getting a response and then was given the runaround by my salesman Joe, who was given the runaround by his sales manager Dewayne Noble. At this point I began calling the dealership to get an understanding of what the delay was. I was given the GM's name Steve O'Kane by my salesperson Joe. When I called I was asked by the receptionist who was calling and once I let her know it was me calling about my deal, she stated that both Dewayne Noble and Steve O'Kane were in a meeting together. How convenient, right?? She took a message for the GM Steve O'Kane and then forwards me to Dewayne Noble's voicemail in which I left him a message to give me a call. After about an hour or so he returns my call. I ask him what's going on with the signed purchase order and my deal. He then states that the car had been sold 2 weeks ago. I'm immediately confused and ask how is that possible as we were working on this deal yesterday. He then stated that my deal was a backup. Mentally, How much sense does that make? If a car was sold why would you try to sell it again to someone? I became infuriated with Dewayne. Something this pertinent should have been discussed Day 1 and well before I invested my time and others. Dewayne intentionally wasted my time on a car that was "sold for 2 weeks". I feel extremely disrespected and lied to. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never experienced this type of "bafoonery". I still have yet to receive a call back from the GM Steve O'Kane. And the car is still listed for sale on their website. How professional.... More

They stayed in touch via email and after several offers back and forth we arrived at a price that we could both live with. We drove from Southern Indiana to Huntersville NC to pick up the vehicle. Joe Montanovic treated us like family, showed us the vehicle, it was full of gas, paperwork took a minimal amount of time and we were on our way back to Indiana. I would do it all over again if we had the chance to work with them again. Great Dealership and Sales personnel. Thanks again Joe. More
