This dealership is in a great location and the customer service is excellent. I did not expeience any discrimination or pre judgment. Great leadership and the team was in sync and harmony. Sammy is an excellent salesman and made my experience simple and easy with 0 pressure. In addition to that, his follow up was on point and he even delivered the car with a red bow while on my lunch date with my wife. She loves her new benz S580. Paula did a great job in the finance department and overall MBOTW has First class service!! This is hands down the best service that I have experience at any Mercedes dealership in the Houston area!!
