Santos and Ryan made sure I would get it near or shortly after my lease was over. I flew back from Southwestern Kentucky a few days after is arrived I drove 919 miles back for it's initial break in drive. With all the new features and getting back in All Wheel Drive I'm very pleased that I did not lease this one. Thank you to the entire Ferman Automotive Staff. We are always greeted with a smile and a handshake. Next up my Wife's BMW X1 lease is over in December. I am very confident that Mary and Alan will take care of her. More

Lots of empty promises in writing of a refund but no action. I would appreciate a call from Scott’s boss so we can end this nightmare. It has gone on for too long. More
