We were not 100% sure of the vehicle, so Ray showed us another vehicle on the lot, and explained the differences in models. John was then free to continue helping us. We discussed pricing and looked at the vehicles again, comparing the features, so we could make a decision best for us. Everyone worked together as a team to make the sale go smoothly.
