Great Experience. Made an appt and went in on a Thursday morning. Greeted by John Pitts. We sat down and explained what we were interested in. He promptly brought a model up in to the shade and explained thee complete auto and all the features. We then took a test drive. I asked him the difference between a base model and the deluxe model. He pointed all of them out.I asked him about the discounts off the stickeer and he explained everything in detail.I have not bought a new car for myself since 1995 and 2003 for my daughter.The reputation this dealership has is certainly deserving. I would recommend them to anyone. No pressure no hassle. I would buy again in a heartbeat.Mike in finance also did a great job explaining extras and all the financing info.Again a great job... Top notch, no pressure, intuitive staff! After doing my homework, I chose Subaru of Jax for my first Subaru. I wanted an Outback and they had plenty. I felt comfortable walking in because there were no salespeople stalking me. I knew they were watching from a distance and when I walked in the first gentleman to approach me and my wife gave us a few seconds to take in the very nice showroom. After stating the reason for my visit, Jerry Johnson, Product Specialist, helped us with our purchase. First and foremost Jerry was a listener. He was very knowledgeable of all things Outback and shared that info without pushing a specific model. I wanted to see various Outback models and he delivered without pushing a specific one (I.e., more expensive). Ultimately, and painlessly, Jerry presented a price that was not only fair, but spot on of my expectation (having done my homework). Jerry was thorough, patient and accommodating. Best experience buying a new car ever. More

So, I was debating on going to this one that is 2 hours away from my home and the one nearer to me that was 15 mins away. But I went with my research and went to them and I do not regret it one bit. I had gone with family and friends to buy their cars and I know how stressful the process can be. How dealerships are just the worse and all that. And for the most part, that was some of the experience my family/friends have. But definitely not this one. John Pitts in Sales/Leasing was amazing. He was very knowledgeable. I went for a test drive a month back. He respected the fact that I was not ready to buy a vehicle yet. Which is more than I can say of the other dealerships I went to. Even though he knew I was not going to buy a car yet, he took the time to tell me all about the vehicle, the technology, specs, reviews, and even how to set it up to my liking. I really appreciated that. When it came to me actually buying, I had to call/text him for a buyer's order. He was so prompt in his replies and I felt so bad rushing him. When I went to buy the car, he had the car I picked out parked right outside and ready to go. He was so busy and even then, he didn't make me feel rushed. We reviewed all the things we talked about prior. And honestly, I would recommend him to my friends and family. Savanna O'Connor was great. Before deciding to buy a car, I went to their website. I saw their inventory and sent them a message. Savannah was my contact for that.I, unfortunately, missed her calls but I did get her messages and was able to reply back. She made sure I knew that they were aware of my interest without being pushy. Mike McCormack was a huge surprise. Most of the experience I had in the car buying process with friends and family, the finance guy was always the WORST. But he was a breath of fresh air. He did not try to badger me into getting all those extended warranties. I went in, signed some documents, paid my downpayment and we were done. I even remarked to him that it was a 'painless process' and it honestly was. If you are reading this, more often than not you have had a stressful car buying experience. So I highly recommend you go to this place and see what it's like not to be. More

Excellent Personal Customer Service Bought my second Subaru yesterday from Subaru of Jacksonville. I was fortunate to have landed with Jerry Johnson as my sales rep. He spent hours wit Bought my second Subaru yesterday from Subaru of Jacksonville. I was fortunate to have landed with Jerry Johnson as my sales rep. He spent hours with me while I painstakingly tried to decide whether to wait for the car I thought I wanted to be delivered in a couple of weeks, or to go with a car on the lot. Jerry did not try to sway me either way - he just described the pluses and minuses of each car which made my decision easier. He was extremely patient. I thought I wanted a new Forester...but ended up buying an Outback. Turns out it is actually a lot smoother ride and more cargo space and probably a better fit for me. He then convinced the sales manager to sell me the Outback for the same price that I would pay for the Forester....so, how could I refuse? AJ Miller was the finance manager. He was extremely efficient and personable and did not high pressure me to buy any extras which I very much appreciated. Subaru is the only dealer I have experienced that is actually a joy to do business with. Would highly recommend Jerry Johnson and Subaru of Jacksonville! More

Not the 4th dealership, but the 5th dealership "right on!" Needless to say, I was "mulling over" thoughts of buying a new car, searching all the websites and looking for something that would be comparable to what I was used to. I will not say which dealerships I visited, taking test drives and talking numbers, but the first four were put to shame by Subaru of Jacksonville!! From the very first exposure, Keyyondra Brown on the phone, to every agent I encountered I was treated as a valued potential buyer. Kimberly Schneid was incredible! She asked a few questions, then was on to the lot with me, enjoying her informative yet friendly conversation... NO pushing what she wanted to sell me, just listening. she made the whole process, from beginning to end, an enjoyable experience and I'm now driving my 2019 outback! Wow! The car was in immaculate condition and drove great. The purchase process went smoothly and they even offered to trade in my old car.
