Had looked at two other dealerships, and thought I had found my vehicle. Not so, they sold it. I'm so glad that I looked on Subaru Of Jacksonville! I found two 2019 Forester Limited that had all the options that I wanted. I contacted them my the internet with my interest about these two Foresters. I was put in contact with John Pitts remarkable young man with mass knowledge of the Subaru product. He was very polite, courteous, and helpful in so many different ways in answering all my Questions about the vehicles, pricing on my trade-in and pricing on out door! What is so amazing is that "John did all of the running between me and the manager on the out the door pricing at the dealership". I never stepped into there showroom till the day I purchased my 2019 Forester Limited. I want to Thank John so much for being so patient with me in throwing so many questions at him about the pricing, that I knew that he would have to go back and forth to his manager. John was so thorough in making sure that at the dealership that all went smooth in the paper work, and then taking my wife and I to the Forester and going through all the many operation of the different functions on the vehicle. Nando asked a number of questions to be certain that he knew what was important to us. We looked at a couple of models and decided to test drive a Forester. We were impressed with everything about the vehicle and decided to buy. Nando introduced us to Mike McCormack in finance and we completed the purchasing process. We saw the excellent ratings on Subaru in the Consumer Report Magazine, and decided to check out some Subaru vehicles.. I went through True Perks discount program through my company, and Savannah O'Connor reached out to me immediately. Her emails were very friendly and informative. they also offered us a gift card to take a test drive! We decided to visit in person and were met by a very friendly face, Mr. Jerry Johnson. he asked if he could help us and we told him what we were looking for. We sat down at his desk in one of the cleanest, prettiest dealerships I've ever been to. He asked questions and gave us some great information, and grabbed a Forester for us to test drive. he took about 10 minutes to educate us on all of the features that this amazing vehicle had before we drove it. On the test drive, he showed us so we could see/ feel and experience them. This vehicle blew me away! And Jerry was amazing. He was like a caring father who knew everything about every vehicle, and took the time to listen and educate us. And there were NO pushy sales tactics. Just straight forward, honest information. Even though we decided to "do our due diligence" and check out the other vehicles we were considering, we couldn't stop thinking about the vehicle and the overall great experience we had with Subaru of Jacksonville and with Jerry Johnson in sales who really made it wonderful! They had a taco truck on site that day and offered to buy us lunch and drinks! It was like being with family. Now they are family! Mike in the finance department was very organized and went through our paperwork explaining everything and giving us some great information! And Josh in management was so friendly, letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. When we came back to pick up our new vehicle, he remembered us and came by to say hello. We are so excited about our new Subaru Forester, and to be part of the Subaru family. I cannot say enough about Subaru of Jacksonville, their beautiful dealership, amazing service department, and customer service and sales team! Thank you for all you do!
