I had the best car buying experience ! First was my e mail with Savanna. Very nice girl and gave me the name of Jerry to meet when I got in to have my car appraised. To my pleasure, Jerry First was my e mail with Savanna. Very nice girl and gave me the name of Jerry to meet when I got in to have my car appraised. To my pleasure, Jerry Johnson was wonderful, professional and kind. We came to a great agreement after I built my Outback on his computer, trade in value for my car and we Were done. The wait was very worth it. Jerry called me on a regular basis and the ETA of my new vehicle. When my Outback made it to the dealership, Jerry was away And his co-worker Nando met me as I was getting out of my car. Wow, what service. Nando was very detailed in explaining all the details of my New SUV. What a sweat heart. I then had the pleasure to sign over my title to my previous car and title for my new Outback. Ovedo (spelling) was just as friendly and professional. Thank you so much you all. I love my Outback💕 More

It was nice working with Jerome at Subaru of Jax. They helped me with a great deal on a car. I wish they could’ve worked with me a little more to meet all my needs, all and all I was satisfied with t They helped me with a great deal on a car. I wish they could’ve worked with me a little more to meet all my needs, all and all I was satisfied with the car I purchased. I wish there was a little more care put into working on customer’s need and making sure that I’m comfortable and super excited about buying a car on my own, however some of it felt rushed and I didn’t feel like they worked with me completely on everything I needed. I turned down a different deal on the word that they’d get me to the same price point but I ended up being over by 2,000 or losing my warranty. I wish I didn’t get have to choose but I ended up removing the warranty in order to stay in my budget that I was promised they’d work with. I also wish they would’ve offered more of an experience before my purchase. I understand they brought it all the way to Georgia from Jax, but I wish I was offered a test drive a little run down on how the car works etc. I was given the papers to sign and a brief second to read them over and then that was it. I’ve been trying to watch videos and read the manual to work the car on my own which I do not mind. But touching back on providing a better experience for the customer and making sure they meet my needs, there is definitely some room for improvement. Great car just not super satisfied with the end all result. Thank you Subaru! More

Great experience buying a new Subaru at Subaru of Jacksonville. The vehicle I reserved came in 10 days early. Sales and financing staff were easy to work with and the buying process went smoothly.
